Fees are per 10-week term — Cabramatta Centre or live online across Australia. Maths & English Fundamentals (K–2) carries a $30 material fee per term. Coding, game making and AI carry an additional software subscription fee. Discounts apply for more than one course. Ask us about referral discounts.

Coding, game making and AI are taught by a qualified teacher who is also a software engineer with industry experience — someone who has built real software for a living, not a hobbyist working through a course.

Our founder broke down the Selective and OC papers skill by skill, creating a curriculum of 75 trainable skills across all four test areas. Every lesson targets specific skills, so gaps can be identified precisely and taught directly. That is the difference between targeted teaching and simply giving harder questions.

And why that beats a score
Every mistake your child makes is tagged as one of five things — and each one needs a completely different fix. Drilling more questions only helps the first. A mark out of a hundred cannot tell you which of the five you are dealing with.
The SelectiveCoach method
Step one
Every lesson opens with a short warm-up in the real test format. It tells the teacher exactly which skill is missing today — not that maths is weak, but which step your child cannot do yet.
Step two
One skill at a time, taught properly. Your child works through it while the teacher watches their working — and corrects the method, not just the answer.
Step three
A short timed task to finish. Every mistake is recorded by type, your child's progress record updates, and the next lesson starts from what we just saw.
Transparent lessons
The teacher watches your child's working as they write it, so a wrong method is corrected on the spot. We use Plaito, a state-of-the-art online mathematics learning platform, to keep that work visible — to the teacher while the lesson runs, and to you at home. Log in any time and see what was covered, how your child went, and the teacher's feedback.

Straight answers
Taught live by a teacher over Zoom, with your child working on an iPad in Plaito (plaitomaths.com). The teacher sees each child’s work as the lesson runs. Same lesson, same teacher, whether your child is in our classroom or at home in another state.
In person at our Cabramatta Centre in south-west Sydney, and live online right across Australia — every state, same lesson, same teacher. If you are not within reach of Cabramatta, the online classes are not a lesser version; they run on the same platform, with your child working on an iPad.
Not at all. The Maths & English Fundamentals Course runs from Kindergarten to Year 6 and is a full program in its own right — teacher-led Maths and English for children who may never sit a selective test.
Group courses run Kindergarten to Year 6, and one-to-one private tutoring runs to Year 10. We also run small English classes for high school students who have recently arrived in Australia and are building their English. Tell us what your child needs and we will let you know how we can help.
